Overview of Our Service

We build standard and customized financial models specifically suited to your needs. During our initial free phone consultation we will discuss your requirements to determine the optimal model for your business. The major difference between the basic and premium financial models is the detail of the assumptions that are fed into the model and the depth of the output and analysis that the model provides.

The basic model package takes a mostly top-down approach, with fewer expense lines and drivers. This model is appropriate for modeling out an individual gym franchise, a physical therapy practice and other service oriented businesses.

The premium model package takes a bottom-up approach and models the business using detailed drivers for revenue and expense line items. This model is appropriate for more complicated business models such as an online retailer, electronic publisher or a manufacturing business. The premium financial model includes investor IRR calculation and valuation of the business.

Basic Financial Model
The basic financial model is best suited for early stage ventures or simple, cash-based businesses. Our model allows you and your potential investors to easily understand how changes in key assumptions affect cash flow and other key outcomes. The Basic Model includes:

• Five-year Income statement - summary
• Five-year Cash flow analysis - summary
• Five-year Balance sheet - summary
• Basic financial assumptions
• All statements by month / year
• Break-even analysis
• Sources and uses of cash statement

Premium Financial Model
The Premium financial model includes all of the elements of the basic model, and additional elements that are necessary to value the business. These types of models are suited to more specialized lines of business such as private equity investments, real estate loan portfolio models and leasing businesses. In addition to a customized revenue and COGs build up, we customized valuation scenarios and investor charts.

• Customized revenue and COGs build up
• Valuation based on either EBITDA multiples or discounted cash flow analysis (DCF)
• IRR and or Sensitivity analysis (what-if scenarios)
• More complicated accounting treatments (aging units, multiple markets, or multiple revenue streams)
